The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be served by intinction at both the 8:00 and 10:00 am services today. All are welcome to partake who have been baptized. Please take a piece of bread, dip it in the juice, and immediately partake.
One Great Hour of Sharing special offering will be collected. An envelope is provided in your bulletin.
Thank you to all who provided the Easter lilies. You may take them home with you after this service.
GETTING INVOLVED AT SWIFT CHURCH: THIS WEEK
Mon, April 21 – Pastor Keith and Pate begin their fund-raising bike ride for the Presbyterian Home for Children. They plan to back in Gulf Shores on Friday. Please continue to support them with your prayers and donations. Donations of any size can be earmarked for “Bike Ride” and can be made payable to the Swift Church. Donations can be made online at www.phfc.org. Click “online donations” under “apply gift to” highlight “Bike ride for children”.

Focusing on the Emmaus Road story in Luke 24
The Living Murals, on display, help us visualize the spiritual development of the characters in Luke 24. Each Sunday the murals have changed to reflect the movement along the Emmaus Road. On the Day of Resurrection rays of light will radiate from the tomb and we will add the word “Salvation."
PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN EVENT
On May 3, 2014, 9:00am – 2:00pm, Foley First PW is planning a special event entitled “Study of Essential Oil for the Body and Soul”. Dee Kosa, PCUSA Certified Christian Educator and Martha Yost, Corporate Chief of Sysco Jackson, LLC, will be the distinguished guest speakers. Lunch will be catered by Harriet Sims. FRED VOSLOH MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
Sunday, May 4, 2014 @ 1:00pm.
First Presbyterian Church of Foley will host the 5th Annual Fred Vosloh Memorial Golf Tournament at GlenLakes Golf Course. Check-in at the clubhouse is 12:00-12:45pm. Format is a 4-person scramble on the Lakes/Vista. Cost is $60/person; $240/team. Registration forms are available in the back of both churches.
