11:00am          Please join us in the Fellowship Hall for SOUPER BOWL SUNDAY!

              The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be served today. All are welcome to partake who have been baptized. During the 8:00 service, we will serve by intinction. Please take a piece of bread, dip it in the juice, and immediately partake. At the 10:00 service, we will serve in the pews.  When the bread is passed, please hold it until all have been served. Then do the same with the juice.

             Today is Food Pantry Sunday.  If you forgot your contribution of non-perishable food items, you can bring it any Sunday to help replenish our shelves.

              Pastor Keith & Lisa will provide worship at Live Oak today at 1:00pm.  Everyone is invited and welcome to join them.   

              Thanks to everyone who brought their favorite soup recipe today to share at Souper Bowl Sunday after the 10:00 service.  Proceeds will go to the Swift Food Pantry.


Mon, Feb. 2 – Finance Meeting at 6:30pm.

Sat, Feb. 7 – Youth will help clean up and freshen up the Pre-School Playground  10:00am-12:00 noon.  Bring your rakes, shovels & garden            gloves!  All are welcome to come and help. 


Sun, Feb. 8 – Choir Chime Ensemble Rehearsal  - immediately following the 10:00 service. See below.

Wed, Feb. 11 – Food Pantry – 10:00-12:00 Volunteers are Linda Morrison and Ellen Bergman.

Sun, Feb. 15 – Two Cents a Meal offering will be collected for Living Waters of the World.

Mon, Feb. 16 – The Session will meet at 6:30pm.

Wed, Feb. 18 – Ash Wednesday service; 6:00pm in the sanctuary.

Thurs, Feb. 19 – Butterfly Girls at Summerdale Diner and Guys Night Out at LA Barbecue 6:30pm. 


Sun, Feb. 22 - GɸG meets from 4pm-6pm at the church.  Bring a friend.

Wed, Feb. 25 – Kids’ Club for PreK-5th grade meet .  We meet the last Wednesday of every month from 5:30-7:00pm. for dinner, a Bible lesson and games.  Contact Karleigh to RSVP at 251-424-3714 or

Choir Chime Ensemble

      Our choir chime ensemble will start rehearsals on Feb 8th. We will rehearse on Sundays immediately after the 10:00 service. This is a beginner's level ensemble. You don't have to read music to be a member. You will only be asked to play one chime. This is for children in 4th grade on up to Senior Adults! If you are looking for a new activity for 2015 that will be fun and not require a lot of time, this is for you!! Please contact Lisa Cardwell for more information!! or cell phone (251) 767-0777.


      If you have a special date in mind when you would like to provide flowers for our sanctuary, please call Nancy Hope at 961-3623 or the church office to schedule. Your dates from 2014 do not automatically transfer.
