“Where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”

Matthew 18:20

       A new fellowship and outreach opportunity will begin in August.  We will meet once a month, on the first Thursday of each month at 11:30am at a local restaurant.  People who are able to attend are encouraged to invite and bring along someone who may not be able to as easily – someone who doesn’t drive for example – so that “two or more” will gather!  Men, women, family, friends, co-workers, neighbors - all are welcome!

      “Lunch with Two or More” will meet for the first time on Thursday, August 7th, 11:30am, at Captain’s Choice Restaurant located in the Gulf Bowl – they have lunch specials!  At the first gathering, those present will decide where they would like to meet the following month.  Please RSVP to Pastor Jody Beth so a reservation can be made, 213-6625.

A beautiful and joyous worship service led by the VBS participants and Montreat campers;

another successful fundraiser for the Santa Foundation;

baptism of Gabrielle Williams;

a total of $394 has been collected so far for next year’s camps and conferences. We are still taking donations; checks can be made payable to Swift Church with “camps and conferences” in the memo line.
